  • Next Day Delivery: To avail of next day delivery, orders must be placed before 11:00 AM. Please note, even with next day shipping selected, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control once the item has left our facility.
  • Shipping Disclaimer: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or any issues that occur during transit. Once an item leaves our premises, we have no control over delivery times or conditions.

8. Return Policy

• Acceptance of Returns: We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or if you are not fond of the scent you've selected.
• Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Condition for Return: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to be considered for return.

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Shipping and payment. we accept PayPay or direct bank transfer, once payment is received the order will be prosessed via your chosen provider, we use  Royal mail you can choose this at check out. we will ship items within 2 working days. for next day delivery orders need to be placed before 11am, even if we ship next day this could be delayed due to the courier we have no control once the item leaves our location
